Ptolemy's Alexandrian Postscript



In an article entitled "Stealing Zeus’s Thunder," published in the May/June 2005 issue of Saudi Aramco World, historian Frank L. Holt reported that a new discovery could add a new chapter to the story of Alexander the Great and his elephant medallions — and indeed, it has.
